If you have a lower back problem this is for you! I Have Sciatica from my hip to my ankle. Had an MRI and the nerve is somehow interacting with my l 304, 305 in my lower back. Also showed a disc issue. Also have arthritis in my hip. I’m 81. I’m very active and somehow irritated my back extremely painful, walking sometimes impossible. A friend told me about this wrap, I ordered it And it arrived (a day later) I put it on so it was around my lower back and my lower waist. All pain is gone!! Now, I WAS down to just numbness, aching pain etc. the severe stuff had subsided already but this back wrap is a miracle!
